Ready to make this holiday favorite side dish? This herb stuffing made with bread, herbs and beef bone broth will be a family favorite at your table. The use of fresh herbs and beef bone broth combine to create a stuffing full of flavor as well as goodness! Holiday Herb Stuffing

|2 1/2 cups||Western Grassfed Beef Bone Broth (20 oz.), divided|
|3/4 cup||Butter, unsalted -- plus more for baking dish (1 1/2 sticks)|
|1 lb||High-quality day-old white bread, torn into 1" pieces (about 10 cups)|
|2 1/2 cups||Yellow onions, chopped|
|1 1/2 cups||Celery, sliced into 1/4" pieces|
|1/2 cup||Flat-leaf parsley, chopped|
|2 tbsp||Fresh sage, chopped|
|1 tbsp||Fresh rosemary, chopped|
|1 tbsp||Fresh thyme, chopped|
|2 tsp||Kosher salt|
|1 tsp||Fresh black pepper, ground|
Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 13x9x2" baking dish and set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add onions and celery. Stir often until just beginning to brown, about 10 minutes, stir in herbs, salt, and pepper and add 1 1/4 cups beef bone broth and mix well. Remove from heat and let cool, about 20 mins.
Once beef bone broth mixture has cooled some, combine with bread mixture and fold gently until thoroughly combined.
Transfer to prepared dish, add remaining broth evenly over the top cover with foil for first 15 mins, and bake 35-45 minutes.
