This recipe was created, tried and tested by Paleo in the Wild, and we want to thank them for creating such fun recipes with Western Grassfed Beef!
Big Island Beef Skewers
|Prep Time: 10 minutes
plus marinating time
|Cook Time: 30 minutes||Serves: 4-6|
|1/4 cup||Tamari soy sauce|
|2 tbsp||Fish sauce|
|2 tbsp||Rice wine vinegar|
|1/4 tsp||Sesame oil|
|1 cup||Coconut milk|
|1/2 cup||Almond butter|
|1 tsp||Garlic powder|
|2 lbs||Western Grassfed Beef Kabob Grill Meat|
|1 cup||Fresh pineapple chunks|
|1||Large avocado, cut into chunks|
|Skewers or toothpicks|
Combine marinade ingredients in a ziplock bag. Add in Western Grassfed Beef Kabob Grill Meat and allow to sit in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, combine the dipping sauce ingredients in a food processor. Remove to a serving dish and set aside.
If you are using a pan: Heat grill pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with olive oil or coconut oil. Grill beef on each side for 2-3 minutes until cooked to desired level. Remove cooked beef and set aside. Repeat with remaining beef.
If you are using a grill: Prep and heat your grill to medium heat. Put kabob beef chunks on skewers and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes.
To serve, skewer the beef on wooden skewers or toothpicks, combining with pineapple and avocado chunks.
Serve with dipping sauce.
